We hope you love your Opti Laboratories products. If you’re concerned than an item is faulty or has been damaged, however, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a return. Any postage or customs costs will be deducted from a refund.

Please be aware that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot otherwise accept returns of our topical lash and brow products. 

For our face masks we will accept returns for any defective product. If you have not opened a delivery and would like to return it then we will accept non-defective unopened products. Please return the mask within 14 days and we will refund as soon as we receive it back. There is no re-stocking fee.

Gift cards can only be refunded to the card from which they were purchased. Gift cards can also only be refunded when unused, and the balance will be voided.
